Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Check-in

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (timing may vary slightly depending on season or occupancy).

2. Payments

  • Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options.

  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow resort rules.

  • Damage to property, misuse of facilities, or disturbance to other guests may result in fines or cancellation without refund.

  • Smoking or alcohol consumption may be restricted in certain areas.

4. Resort Liability

  • Duke Resort shall not be responsible for loss of valuables, personal belongings, or injuries due to misuse of facilities.

  • Use of swimming pool, spa, or adventure activities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

5. Modifications

The management reserves the right to modify room tariffs, offers, or policies without prior notice.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • 7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund (after deducting transaction charges).

  • Within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund of total booking amount.

  • Within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: No refund applicable.

2. Early Check-out / Short Stay

No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in or early departures.

3. Cancellations by Resort

In rare cases of overbooking, maintenance, or natural causes, the resort reserves the right to cancel bookings. Guests may receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, lockdowns, or government restrictions, refund or rescheduling options will be provided at the discretion of management.

5. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
